Return Policy

1 Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery.
  • Faults or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

2 Unwanted Items

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused, unopened stock items in original packaging.
  • Return delivery costs are the customer€™s responsibility.
  • Special orders, clearance items, and mattresses (once opened) are non-returnable unless faulty.

3 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.
